Doors opened for business March, 1976. Call it a vision, dream....maybe a personal goal, Kay Sharp Wallraven, became a small business owner and an active community leader. Over the years, Kay led the company to the prestigious position of the "Top Producing" real estate office in Stephens County.
Sheryl Spradling, Kay's daughter, stepped in as the new owner of Kay's Real Estate in August, 1985. Many things in business have changed over the years....but one thing remains the same; Kay's Real Estate strives to focus on customer service.
Throughout the years, Kay's has been honored with; the Duncan Chamber of Commerce Community Improvement Award, Duncan Banner Real Estate Office "Reader's Choice Award" and associates that willingly volunteer to serve as directors and committee members on a local and state level.
